About City of Tuban
Tuban Regency is one of the districts of 38 regencies and cities in the administrative area of East Java Province. The Tuban Regency area is located on the north coast (Pantura) of Java Island. The area is 1,904.70 km² and the length of the beach reaches 65 km. The population is around 1 million people. Tuban is called the City of Wali because Tuban is one of the cities in Java that is the center of the spread of Islamic teachings but some people give it a nickname as a tuak city because the Tuban area is very famous for producing drinks (tuak & legen) which comes from the siwalan flower juice (ental). Some tourist attractions in Tuban that are visited by many tourists are the Wali Tomb, for example Sunan Bonang, the Tomb of Syeh Maulana Ibrahim Asmaraqandi (Palang), Sunan Bejagung etc. Apart from being the city of Wali, Tuban is known as the City of a Thousand Goa because of the location of Tuban which is in the North Kapur Mountains. Even some caves in Tuban have stalactites and stalactites. The famous caves in Tuban are Goa Akbar, Goa Putri Asih, etc. Tuban is located on the shores of the northern part of Java island, with regional boundaries: north of the Java sea, east of Lamongan, south of Bojonegoro, and west of Rembang and Blora Central Java.

Universitas PGRI Ronggolawe (UNIROW) is located in Tuban, East Java, Indonesia. This is a private University. Unirow commits to educate the nation’s generation. Peer Review Process
The ICONEST conference follows a double-blind review process for papers received for the conference. All papers are initially checked for similarity by the Turnitin Plagiarism Software
, and all articles that pass the plagiarism checking will be submitted through the Scientific Committee members to 2–3 reviewers for rating based on specific reports. Includes important questions that are used by many publishers to rate the papers that are submitted to them based on our reviewers’ reporting forms and decisions, and the editor decides whether the paper is either accepted, accepted with a minor or major review, or rejected.
SUBMISSION Notes
Use Times New Roman: 10 pts fonts for the main text and all additional parts except EndNote and index (where you should use 8pts), and paper headings (see below). All text should be single-spaced. The paper length should be up to 5000 words, including abstract and references.
To ensure that there are no extra spaces in the document, use your software’s find and replace command to substitute all double spaces for single spaces. Repeat this procedure until no double spaces are found.
The referencing system you use should comply with the IEEE or Harvard reference system style.
It is recommended that you use JPEG files for producing grayscale images or photographs with a resolution of 150 dpi. All images, including photographs, must be included in the main Word or other files submitted. Take into account the size of the page when including images (115mm x 180mm). Your image will have to be resized if it is too large or too small, and this can prove problematic in certain cases.

The Original unpublished Research Papers, Articles & Working papers having maximum length 10 pages on the topics related to the theme are invited for presentation/publication in the conference proceedings. Only papers presenting original content with novel research results or successful innovative applications will be considered for publication in the conference proceedings (as chapters in edited volumes of Springer Series). Kindly ensure that your paper is formatted as per Springer Guidelines (not exceeding 10 pages written in A4 size). Please refer the attached springer template for preparation of your paper.
- Plagiarism should be less than 10%. (Excluding References) [Keep the Plagiarism Report along with manuscript [TURNITIN].
- Use of AI-generated writing or ChatGPT is strictly Prohibited.
- Grammatical error must NOT be there. Language Clarity is very much expected, and a language expert channels the final manuscript. Any kind of dispute may lead to direct rejection by Springer.

IMPORTANT NOTE : It is the sole responsibility of the authors if high levels of plagiarism, language clarity, Grammatical errors, copyright issues, other technical or Ethical issues, or AI-generated texts are detected even in the later stages of quality checks by the Technical Program Committee Team, and the registration fee will not be refunded in any case if the paper gets excluded from proceedings.
