Registrant information is primarily used to verify registration and notify you of similar events held by the Conference Ethical Dept in the future. We may share your contact information with sponsors but only with your consent upon registering.

However, for certain events you register for we do ask for your consent to share your contact information with sponsors who may wish to contact you regarding special promotions or discounts. Upon registering you will have the ability to opt out of such communications. You will have the opportunity to “opt out” by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the e-mail you receive.

Promotional Communications

We will periodically send you free newsletters and e-mails that directly promote our conferences, events, and gatherings. When you receive newsletters or promotional communications from us, you may indicate a preference to stop receiving further communications from us – you will have the opportunity to “opt-out” by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the e-mail you receive. IMPORTANT NOTE

1. At least one of the authors listed on the accepted paper must pay the registration by the requested registration deadline.

2. The student price is only applicable to the First author who is a student currently.

3. For those listeners, who do not need to submit a paper or an abstract to the conference, we advise you to follow the registration form and finish registration. Easy and quick!

All Submissions must be made through the Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit. Please send your paper to the Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit. No submission through the Email will be entertained.
